HH999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hh999 ("hh999", "we", "us", "the Platform"), accessible at hh999.wine. These Terms govern all access to and use of the hh999 platform, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, account management, and all related services.

By completing registration on hh999, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

3. Account Registration & Security

hh999 may at any time request that you verify your identity before processing withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Verification may include providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID or other documentation. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being temporarily restricted until the process is complete.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. hh999 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or that have been inactive for an extended period. Any balance remaining in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with our standard procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on hh999 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other supported mobile wallets. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details when initiating any transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page.
• hh999 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before depositing.
• Deposit funds are credited to your hh999 account in PKR. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect within one to two minutes of MPIN confirmation.
• If a deposit is made but does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your hh999 account.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed.
• hh999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. hh999 does not introduce unnecessary delays, but transfer completion depends partly on your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to incomplete or inaccurate payment details provided by you may incur a delay. hh999 is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Each bonus offer is available once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• hh999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, or to modify bonus terms, at any time and with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support and may be reversed without prior notice.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement – a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced percentage.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

hh999 takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviours such as placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or any pattern of play that constitutes abuse of promotional offers will result in bonus removal and may result in account suspension. The decision on what constitutes bonus abuse rests with hh999 and is made at our reasonable discretion.

6. Sports Betting Rules

hh999 offers sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in your account balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by hh999, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• hh999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, or to restrict the maximum payout on any market, at our discretion.

• All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, FIFA, or equivalent).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, bets will be settled according to hh999's specific rules for that sport, which are available in the betting help section.
• If a bet is settled in error due to a technical fault or incorrect information, hh999 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust balances accordingly.
• PSL and T20 matches settled on the basis of the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will follow the official tournament ruling.

Live betting markets are available on selected events. Odds on live markets change rapidly. hh999 does not guarantee that a bet will be accepted at the displayed odds at the exact moment you submit it. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, you will be shown the updated odds and given the option to accept or decline.

7. Slots & Casino Games

hh999 offers a library of slots, live casino games and other casino-style entertainment. All games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical outcomes managed by human dealers in regulated studio environments.

• Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules are governed by the individual game provider and are displayed within the game information panel.
• All game outcomes are final once confirmed. Technical errors during a game session will be investigated and resolved in line with the relevant game provider's procedures.
